Cigarette smoke exposure should be done not less than twice a day for at least 30 minutes each time, with an interval of not less than 4 hours. The CO concentration is about 1000ppm, the O2 concentration is more than 18%, and the CO2 concentration is less than 5%, lasting 75 days.
