Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common chronic respiratory disease with high morbidity and mortality, which seriously threatens human health. Establishing an animal model consistent with the development and pathological changes of clinical patients is the basis for studying the pathogenesis and treatment of COPD.
The animal smoking modeling system is an automatic closed COPD modeling device, which can automatically generate cigarette smoke so that animals can continuously inhale it. It is suitable for establishing COPD models of mice, rats and guinea pigs. The frequency of smoking and the amount of smoke can be controlled, and the amount of smoke and environmental indicators in the fumigation chamber can be monitored in real time. The system has a high degree of automation and reliable performance, and can complete models with better consistency in one stop.
