Animal Telemetry System (Heart Rate/Body Temp/Activity))
Product model:
Detailed introduction:
Product Description
The physiological signal telemetry system adopts wireless telemetry technology, which embeds the sensor in the body of the experimental animal and transmits the physiological signal wirelessly in real time. It can be used to measure physiological parameters such as heart rate, body temperature and activity level of awake and unrestrained rats, mice, rabbits, beagles, monkeys, fish and other animals for a long time.
The physiological signal telemetry system can ensure that the animal can move freely in the cage without anesthesia or restraint, so the measured physiological signal can better reflect the physiological state of the animal in the natural state. It can be used for biorhythm research and related vital signs monitoring.
The physiological signal telemetry system is mainly composed of implanted sensors, data receivers and software. According to the experimental purpose, various specifications of implanted sensors are provided, which are suitable for mice, rats and other animals. The implanted sensor requires no batteries and is powered wirelessly by the data receiver. When in use, the implanted sensor is buried under the skin of the animal, and the physiological signal is collected by the implanted sensor and converted into a corresponding electrical signal, and then transmitted by radio, received by the receiver under the cage and transmitted to the data converter to complete the data. After conversion, it is sent to the central processing unit for data processing. The system can connect up to 32 receivers at the same time to complete large-scale experiments.
